Proposed Ground Floor Plan

We are planning the following updates to the Ground Floor:

• A new extension at the rear of the building, including a glass-fronted walkway that will provide easier and more direct access from Reception and the main shared areas. A very similar plan was approved by Spelthorne Borough Council in 2021.
• A new lift, making it easier for everyone to move between all floors of the building.
• Improvements to the shared guest spaces, ensuring they are better organised and appropriately sized for guests and staff.
• Changes to the bedroom layout, so that room types better meet modern hotel standards.

We are planning the following updates to the First Floor:

• Creating additional bedrooms by adding a new floor within part of the existing double-height space that is currently underused.
• A new lift, providing easy access to all floors in the main building.
• Changes to the bedroom layout, so the rooms better reflect modern hotel standards and provide a range of room types.

BOH – Back of House

Proposed 2^nd Floor Plan

We are planning the following updates to the Second Floor:

• Expansion of the roof of the main building to accommodate additional guest rooms, including extending the rear staircase so it can be used as a second emergency escape route.
• A new lift, providing easy access to all floors in the building.
• Improvements to the bedroom layout, so the rooms better meet modern hotel standards and offer a suitable mix of room types.
